Secure Your Date

A signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.


Event Day Coverage

I arrive early and remain attentive throughout the event, providing discreet, professional coverage. I document the day as it unfolds naturally, stepping in for posed or group shots as needed.


Delivery

You’ll receive a private online gallery to view, download, and share your images easily.


Note: At this time, I deliver digital images only. Clients are welcome to print their photos using the provided print release.

Event Photography Travel Policy


Complimentary Travel

Travel is included for event bookings within 1 hour of Stockton, CA 95206. Common areas include Modesto, Turlock, Oakdale, Elk Grove, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, and Rancho Cordova.


Extended Travel Fee

If your event location is between 1 and 1.5 hours away, a $75 travel fee will be added to your quote.

Event Photography FAQ – Stockton, CA Photographer

How do you approach photographing events?

I focus on what matters most to you. Whether that’s important people, key traditions, or unforgettable reactions. I blend into the background to document candid moments, but I’ll also step in when needed for posed shots or group photos.

When will we get our photos?

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 3 weeks of your event. You can download all the photos or share them through the gallery.

How many pictures will we receive?

You’ll receive at least the number listed in your selected package, often more. All images are fully edited and delivered in high-resolution via your online gallery.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, I’m licensed in Stockton and fully insured. I’m happy to provide a certificate of liability insurance if your venue requires it.

How long do you keep our photos for? Are they backed up somewhere? What happens if we lose them?

Your gallery will remain online for one year, but I recommend downloading the full gallery as soon as possible.

Can I make additional editing requests after I receive my images?

Images in your gallery include light retouching and color/tone editing. The editing style cannot be altered after delivery as it would not be an accurate reflection of my work. Additional fine retouching requests can be made for hair, skin, background, and other alterations for an additional $20 per image.
