Travel Policy
Complimentary Travel
Up to 1.5 hours from Stockton, CA (95206), including Lodi, Manteca, Sacramento regions, and parts of the Bay Area.
Extended Travel
$125 flat fee for venues over 1.5 hours away with events ending before 9 PM.
Overnight Stay
Required for distant locations with late end times. Either a $200 accommodation fee or client-provided lodging.

I prioritize reliability and take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure focused, dependable coverage. I maintain backup equipment and contingency plans for every event. In the unlikely case of an emergency that prevents me from photographing your wedding, a full refund would be provided.
How many pictures will we receive?
You typically receive 1,000-2,100+ images depending on your day. There's no limit and nothing held back. If it's part of your day and it looks good, it's yours.
When will we get our photos?
I deliver your full gallery in four weeks or less, faster than typical turnaround times so you can enjoy your photos while the memories are still fresh.
How long do you keep our photos? Are they backed up?
Your gallery is guaranteed to remain online for one year, but I recommend downloading your full gallery as soon as you are able.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! I'm licensed with the City of Stockton. If your venue requires my certificate of liability insurance, I can happily provide it.
Can I make additional editing requests after I receive my images?
Images in your gallery include professional retouching and color correction. The editing style cannot be altered after delivery as it would not accurately reflect my work. Additional fine retouching requests can be made for hair, skin, background, and other alterations for $20 per image.
How do your payment plans work?
We can split your total into manageable installments using the integrated payment system within your secure online client portal. This allows you to spread out the cost of your package after your retainer is paid, with a clear schedule of due dates. We can work together to set up a plan that works best for you.
How do you handle family photo organization?
I work with you before your wedding to create a detailed family photo list and timeline. On wedding day, I coordinate with your family to make group photos efficient and stress-free.
What if our day runs over schedule?
Your day, your timeline. I stay up to 12 hours regardless of schedule changes. Most couples appreciate having a photographer who adapts to their celebration, not the other way around.
How do you work with our other vendors?
I coordinate closely with your planner, videographer, and officiant to ensure smooth coverage without interfering with your celebration’s natural flow.
